It\u2019s important to understand that the New Testament was primarily written in Greek. So, when we read certain words in other languages\u2014such as Kiswahili\u2014they may appear to have a single meaning, but in the original Greek, they often carry more than one meaning.<\/p>\n

For example, when we come across the word\u00a0\u201cWord\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in Kiswahili translations of the Bible, it is generally rendered as \u201cNeno,\u201d meaning \u201cthe Word of God.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, in the original Greek, there are two distinct words used:\u00a0\u201cLogos\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0\u201cRhema.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
