1. Understanding \u201cZeal\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Zeal is an inner passion<\/strong>, an inward motivation or desire to do something. It is the fire within that pushes a person toward a goal. However, a person can be full of zeal and still lack diligence <\/strong>meaning they may have the desire but fail to act on it effectively.<\/p>\n

Someone may be very zealous<\/strong> in planning or strategizing, but when it comes to execution<\/strong>, they lack commitment or consistency.<\/p>\n

Diligence goes beyond internal motivation <\/strong>it involves action<\/strong>. It is about applying effort consistently<\/strong> to accomplish something. Diligence is the visible fruit of inner zeal.<\/p>\n
