The Resurrection Changed Everything<\/em><\/h3>\n

\u201cBut on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared. And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.\u201d<\/em>Luke 24:1\u20133, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

When the women arrived at the tomb, expecting to anoint a dead body, they were instead met with an empty grave and two shining angels who proclaimed:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you… that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise.\u201d<\/em>Luke 24:5\u20137, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This was not merely the end of Jesus\u2019 suffering. It was the completion of the greatest work ever done <\/strong>a work that no angel could accomplish. On the cross, Jesus cried out:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is finished.\u201d<\/em>John 19:30, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That declaration was not one of defeat, but of total victory. Like a student who sets down their pen after completing their final exam, Jesus finished the test of righteousness perfectly.<\/p>\n

\n

Jesus Christ Surpassed the Angels<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u201cHe has become as much superior to angels as the name He has inherited is more excellent than theirs.\u201d<\/em>Hebrews 1:4, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jesus didn\u2019t simply match the angels in holiness or obedience, He surpassed them<\/strong>. While many angels remained faithful and others fell (see Revelation 12:9), not one angel lived a human life, suffered, and died sinlessly for the salvation of others. Jesus did.<\/p>\n

He became the only human being in history to live without sin (Hebrews 4:15), proving before heaven and earth that man by God\u2019s Spirit can live a sinless life. That\u2019s why Scripture declares:<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has been made greater than the angels.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\n

Angels Were Tested, But None Like Him<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We often forget that angels, too, were tested. Some fell with Satan (Revelation 12:4), while others stood faithful and now serve God in glory (Hebrews 1:14). Among them, perhaps some were more faithful than others. But none of them<\/strong> ever obeyed as Jesus did. None endured what He endured.<\/p>\n

Therefore, Jesus was exalted<\/strong> by the Father:<\/p>\n

\u201cTherefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow\u2026 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.\u201d<\/em>Philippians 2:9\u201311, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\n

If Jesus Is Exalted, His Brothers Must Be Also<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Jesus calls us His brothers<\/strong> (Hebrews 2:11). Just as a man who becomes president does not forget his family, neither does Jesus forget those who are spiritually reborn into His family. If He has been exalted above all, then those who are His must also be lifted with Him (Romans 8:17).<\/p>\n

\u201cThe one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on His throne.\u201d <\/em>Revelation 3:21, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is why it’s so important to be His spiritual siblingb<\/strong>to be born again not of flesh and blood, but by the Spirit of God and the blood of Christ<\/strong> (John 3:5; John 1:12\u201313).<\/p>\n

\n

Good Works Aren\u2019t Enough\u00a0 You Must Be Born Again<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You may be kind, generous, respectful, and upright. But if you have not been born again through faith in Jesus and the washing of His blood, your good works will not inherit you the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n

\u201cTruly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.\u201d<\/em>
\nJohn 3:3, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

You may ask, “How can I be born again?”<\/em><\/p>\n

Not by re-entering your mother\u2019s womb (John 3:4), but by:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Believing<\/strong> in Jesus as the Son of God and your Savior.<\/li>\n
  2. Being baptized<\/strong> in water in the name of Jesus (Acts 2:38).<\/li>\n
  3. Receiving the Holy Spirit<\/strong>, who transforms your inner life and empowers you to live in holiness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u201cUnless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.\u201d<\/em>
    \nJohn 3:5, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    Salvation Is Not Earned, It\u2019s Inherited<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    God\u2019s Kingdom is not a reward for effort but an inheritance for His children.<\/p>\n

    \u201cBut to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.\u201d<\/em>John 1:12, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Think of it this way: no matter how well an employee behaves, the company owner will still give the inheritance to his own child, even if the child is imperfect. Why? Because of the blood relationship.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In the same way, God\u2019s Kingdom is inherited by those who are born of God<\/strong>, not merely those who do good deeds apart from Christ.<\/p>\n

    \n

    Let This Easter Mean Something Eternal<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    This Resurrection season is not just about tradition. It\u2019s a divine invitation for you to be born again, to become part of Christ\u2019s eternal family, and to share in His victory and inheritance.<\/p>\n

    \u201cTherefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.<\/em>\u201d<\/em>2 Corinthians 5:17, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    Prayer and Invitation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    If you have not yet been born again, today is the day. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Repent of your sins. Be baptized in His name. Ask for His Holy Spirit and begin a new life as a true child of God.<\/p>\n

    \u201cEveryone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.\u201d<\/em>Romans 10:13, ESV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
