Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray this message finds you well. Today, we examine a subject that is both urgent and often misunderstood: the Antichrist<\/strong>\u2014his work, his identity, and how Scripture warns us to be alert to his influence even now.<\/p>\n

Two Awaited Figures: Christ and Antichrist<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The world is unknowingly awaiting two figures:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Jesus Christ<\/strong>, the true Messiah and Savior of the world.<\/li>\n
  2. The Antichrist<\/strong>, a counterfeit messiah who will deceive the masses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    While both are expected, many Christians fail to properly discern how the Antichrist operates before<\/strong> his physical manifestation. Jesus warned that deception would be a hallmark of the last days:<\/p>\n

    \u201cTake heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, \u2018I am the Christ,\u2019 and will deceive many.\u201d
    \n\u2014 Matthew 24:4\u20135 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    Knowing Satan Begins with Knowing God<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    You cannot recognize Satan or the Antichrist through secular research, conspiracy theories, or fear-driven speculation. True spiritual discernment only comes from a relationship with God through Jesus Christ<\/strong>, and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \u201cBut the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him…because they are spiritually discerned.\u201d
    \n\u2014 1 Corinthians 2:14 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    Deception Through Superstition and Ignorance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Many today associate the Antichrist solely with dark symbolism, secret societies, or visible evil acts. While Satan certainly uses such tools, this superficial understanding misses the deeper biblical truth: the Antichrist’s primary strategy is spiritual deception<\/strong> through false religion, apostasy, and a counterfeit gospel.<\/p>\n

    \u201cSatan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.\u201d
    \n\u2014 2 Corinthians 11:14 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The danger is not only in demonic symbols but in false doctrines<\/strong>, lukewarm faith<\/strong>, and resistance to the true gospel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \n

    The Spirit of Antichrist is Already at Work<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Scripture teaches that the Antichrist is not only a future individual but also a present spirit of rebellion<\/strong> against Christ:<\/p>\n

    \u201cLittle children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come<\/strong>, by which we know that it is the last hour.\u201d
    \n\u2014 1 John 2:18 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    This is echoed in Paul\u2019s letter to the Thessalonians:<\/p>\n

    \u201cFor the mystery of lawlessness is already at work<\/strong>; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.\u201d
    \n\u2014 2 Thessalonians 2:7 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The Antichrist spirit is manifest wherever Christ is denied, the gospel is diluted, or the Holy Spirit is resisted.<\/p>\n

    \n

    The Mark of the Beast vs. the Seal of God<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Many believers are fixated on the physical mark of the beast (Revelation 13:16\u201317). While a physical mark may come, the spiritual mark already exists<\/strong>. Those who reject the gospel and resist the Holy Spirit are spiritually marked against Christ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    In contrast, those who belong to Christ are sealed<\/strong> by the Holy Spirit:<\/p>\n

    \u201cAnd do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption<\/strong>.\u201d
    \n\u2014 Ephesians 4:30 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \u201cNevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: \u2018The Lord knows those who are His\u2019…\u201d
    \n\u2014 2 Timothy 2:19 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    The Rapture and the Dead in Christ<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The second coming of Christ is not an idle event postponed indefinitely. Jesus is already at work, gathering and sanctifying His people. The rapture is both a present reality and a future fulfillment.<\/p>\n

    \u201cThen we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.\u201d
    \n\u2014 1 Thessalonians 4:17 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    This is only for those sealed by the Spirit<\/strong>, whether living or dead:<\/p>\n

    \u201cIf anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.\u201d
    \n\u2014 Romans 8:9b (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    False Christ, False Gospel<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The Antichrist will not come with obvious evil. He will appear religious, even messianic. His weapon is not violence, but false teaching<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \u201cHe will exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods\u2026\u201d
    \n\u2014 Daniel 11:36 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \u201c\u2026He sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.\u201d
    \n\u2014 2 Thessalonians 2:4 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    His base of power will come from Rome<\/strong>, the final kingdom in Daniel\u2019s vision. The Vatican and the Papal system are widely interpreted by historic Christian scholars (e.g., Protestant Reformers) as prophetic symbols connected to the Antichrist system.<\/p>\n

    \n

    The Beast Who Was, Is Not, and Yet Will Be<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \u201cThe beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition.\u201d
    \n\u2014 Revelation 17:8 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    This passage speaks to the cyclical manifestation<\/strong> of Satan’s rule through empires and false religion \u2014 always opposing Christ in different forms through history.<\/p>\n

    \n

    Urgency of Repentance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The time for decision is now. The spirit of the Antichrist is active. Christ is calling. The Holy Spirit is still sealing. Grace is still available.<\/p>\n

    \u201cSeek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near.\u201d
    \n\u2014 Isaiah 55:6 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \u201cBehold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.\u201d
    \n\u2014 2 Corinthians 6:2 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n

    Conclusion: Who Will You Serve?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    If you die in sin today, whose guest will you be<\/strong> in eternity? This is not a matter of curiosity \u2014 it is a matter of destiny. Don\u2019t wait for signs and wonders. The spiritual battle is already raging, and the mark is already being received in hearts.<\/p>\n

    Grace is free, but the time is short.<\/p>\n

    \u201cHe who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still.\u201d
    \n\u2014 Revelation 22:11 (NKJV)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Turn to Christ today.<\/p>\n
