\u201cBlessed be the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!\u201d<\/strong> Why am I here?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Imagine someone kidnaps you, blindfolds you, and takes you to a foreign land\u2014let’s say India<\/strong>. When you arrive, the person disappears without telling you where you are or why you’re there. You open your eyes and see unfamiliar streets, people, buildings, and a language you don\u2019t understand.<\/p>\n To your right, people are playing soccer. To your left, there\u2019s a restaurant. Behind you, crowds are rushing toward public transport, and across the street is a market full of fruit and vegetable vendors. Ahead of you, you see luxurious homes with beautiful gardens.<\/p>\n Now ask yourself: If your first instinct is to dive into any of these activities, you would be missing the most important step.<\/strong><\/p>\n Before doing anything else, you should ask: This illustration reflects our real experience as humans<\/strong>. We were born into this world without choosing to be. We didn\u2019t plan our arrival. We simply \u201cfound ourselves\u201d here.<\/strong><\/p>\n The moment we were born, the world was already in motion. Life was happening: careers, entertainment, education, politics, business, sin, religion\u2014you name it.<\/p>\n But have you ever stopped to ask yourself<\/strong> the deeper questions?<\/p>\n The Bible tells us that God is the Creator of all things<\/strong>, including you and me:<\/p>\n \u201cKnow that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.\u201d<\/strong> We are not here by accident. We are created with purpose<\/strong>, and until we ask these fundamental questions, we risk living in ignorance or deception<\/strong>, caught up in the busyness of life without direction.<\/p>\n Let\u2019s explore each question briefly with biblical support:<\/p>\n You are a creation of God<\/strong>, made in His image:<\/p>\n \u201cSo God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.\u201d<\/strong> You are not random. You are made intentionally by God.<\/p>\n You were formed by God<\/strong> in the womb. Your existence began in His mind before you were even born:<\/p>\n \u201cBefore I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you\u2026\u201d<\/strong> You are living on Earth\u2014a temporary place. But spiritually, this world is not your permanent home<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u201cFor our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.\u201d<\/strong> God did.<\/strong> He is the giver of life:<\/p>\n \u201cThe Spirit of God has made me, And the breath of the Almighty gives me life.\u201d<\/strong> That\u2019s the critical question.<\/strong> While some people can tell you where you are<\/em> or who made you<\/em>, no one can answer this question for you\u2014except God.<\/strong><\/p>\n You must seek Him<\/strong> to understand why<\/strong> He placed you here.<\/p>\n Jesus is the only way<\/strong> to truly know God and discover His purpose for your life.<\/p>\n \u201cJesus said to him, \u2018I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.\u2019\u201d<\/strong> You cannot know your Creator\u2019s purpose without a relationship with Jesus. That relationship begins with:<\/p>\n \u201cThen Peter said to them, \u2018Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.\u2019\u201d<\/strong> Once you receive the Holy Spirit, He will reveal God\u2019s will for your life. He will lead you, equip you, and help you walk in your calling.<\/p>\n \u201cFor as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.\u201d<\/strong> \u201cNow there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit\u2026 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.\u201d<\/strong> You were created with gifts<\/strong>, and God wants to use them for His kingdom.<\/strong><\/p>\n Once you discover your purpose, you\u2019ll find a deep peace that surpasses anything the world can offer.<\/p>\n \u201cYou will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.\u201d<\/strong> If you go through life without ever seeking your purpose<\/strong>, it\u2019s as foolish as the man in the illustration who, after being kidnapped and dropped in a foreign land, runs to a restaurant<\/strong> instead of asking, \u201cWhere am I?\u201d<\/p>\n To live without purpose is to live blindly.<\/p>\n \u201cWhere there is no vision, the people perish.\u201d<\/strong> To God, a life lived without understanding Him or your purpose appears foolish:<\/p>\n \u201cThe fool has said in his heart, \u2018There is no God.\u2019\u201d<\/strong> If your heart has been stirred and you want to know your Creator and His purpose for your life, here are the steps<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Turn away from all forms of sin\u2014sexual immorality, adultery, pornography, gossip, hatred, drunkenness, abortion, theft, foul language, and more. Decide in your heart to walk in righteousness.<\/p>\n \u201cRepent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out\u2026\u201d<\/strong> The Bible teaches baptism by full immersion<\/strong> in the name of Jesus Christ. \u201cHe who believes and is baptized will be saved\u2026\u201d<\/strong> The Holy Spirit will empower you to walk in holiness, reveal your purpose, and guide you every day of your life.<\/p>\n \u201cBut when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth\u2026\u201d<\/strong> Once you begin this journey, trust that the God who started this work in you will complete it.<\/p>\n \u201cBeing confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.\u201d<\/strong> Start today.<\/strong> \u201cAnd you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.\u201d<\/strong> Let God reveal your purpose. Live it out.<\/p>\n And when this life is over, receive the crown of life.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cBe faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.\u201d<\/strong>
