Question: Why did God create us? What is the purpose of our existence? And why is one person created this way and another in a different way? In general, why did God create the world?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/p>\n

God created us because of His own love and His own will\u2014so that He would delight in being with us, and that we would delight in being with Him.<\/p>\n

Revelation 4:11<\/p>\n

\u201cWorthy are you, our Lord and God,<\/p>\n

to receive glory and honor and power,<\/p>\n

for you created all things,<\/p>\n

and by your will they existed and were created.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Our creation is a great advantage to us, because there is no benefit in not existing. Imagine you did not exist\u2014or none of us existed. What benefit would that bring?<\/p>\n

But if we exist and we are given eternal life and joy, then that is a great blessing!<\/p>\n

And God Himself has promised us eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

John 3:16<\/p>\n

\u201cFor God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son,<\/p>\n

that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, if a person refuses life\u2014if he does not want life at all\u2014then the only path that leads to loss is rejecting Jesus.<\/p>\n

1 John 5:12<\/p>\n

\u201cWhoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Second Question: Why is one person created this way and another differently?<\/p>\n

The simple answer:<\/p>\n

Because that is what pleased God, so that we would be different from one another.<\/p>\n

(He did not desire that we all look identical like ants.)<\/p>\n

Beyond that, we cannot question Him further.<\/p>\n

Romans 9:20\u201321<\/p>\n

\u201cBut who are you, O man, to answer back to God?<\/p>\n

Will what is molded say to its molder, \u2018Why have you made me like this?\u2019<\/p>\n

Has the potter no right over the clay,<\/p>\n

to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use<\/p>\n

and another for dishonorable use?\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Regardless of how we were created, our responsibility is to seek eternal life. And it is important to understand that God shows no favoritism\u2014no one is valued more than another.<\/p>\n

Before Him, we are all equal:<\/p>\n

not judged by appearance, or height, or age, or gender.<\/p>\n

We are all equally loved and equally measured by His standard.<\/p>\n
