We are going to look at the story of Abram (Abraham), the father of faith.
\nThis story carries a powerful lesson for anyone who offers a sacrifice to God.<\/p>\n
Genesis 15:7\u201312<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI am the LORD who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to inherit.\u201d Abraham obeyed God by preparing a sacrifice exactly as God instructed. But nothing happened immediately. Still nothing. Here are the three key things that Abraham did\u2014and we must learn from them:<\/p>\n He had not yet seen God respond. But he refused<\/em> to let the birds destroy what he had given to God.<\/p>\n He stayed there, actively protecting his sacrifice.<\/p>\n Likewise, when we give God our sacrifice\u2014our tithes, offerings, service, money, prayer, or time\u2014we must protect it from being \u201ceaten.\u201d<\/p>\n Many believers give their offerings with a sincere heart. Those thoughts are birds of prey<\/strong>, trying to eat your sacrifice.<\/p>\n If you used to give faithfully, but now because of problems, pressure, money needs, or friends, you stop giving or reduce giving\u2026<\/p>\n Those are birds eating your offering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Return to the faith of Abraham\u2014protect your sacrifice until the end<\/strong>, even when you see nothing yet.<\/p>\n At evening, when darkness had fallen\u2026<\/p>\n God finally came.<\/strong> This teaches us:<\/p>\n \u27a1\ufe0f God answers at His time \u2014 and His time is always perfect.<\/strong><\/p>\n Look at the example of Cornelius:<\/p>\n \u201cYour prayers and your gifts to the poor have come up before God as a memorial offering.\u201d Whatever you offer to God in sincerity becomes a memorial before Him.<\/p>\n Man and woman of God: Stand firm like Abraham, and the fire of God will surely come upon your offering at the appointed time.<\/p>\n God bless you!<\/strong><\/p>\n If you want, I can: Just tell me!<\/p>\n

\nAbram brought all these, cut them in two, and arranged the halves opposite each other, but did not cut the birds.
\nThen birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away.
\nAs the sun was going down, a deep sleep and a great darkness fell upon Abram.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nHe went into the wilderness, arranged everything perfectly, and waited for God to respond.<\/p>\n

\nInstead, birds of prey<\/strong> came and began to eat the sacrifice.<\/p>\n
\n1. Abraham refused to let the birds eat his sacrifice<\/strong><\/h2>\n
\nHe had not heard any voice.
\nHe had no sign.<\/p>\n
\n2. Waiting for God is a test of faith<\/strong><\/h2>\n
\nBut after some time\u2014months, or even a year\u2014with no visible results, they begin saying:<\/p>\n\n
\n3. What are you doing with your sacrifice?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
\nTHE END OF THE MATTER \u2014 GOD CAME IN HIS TIME<\/strong><\/h2>\n
\nHe spoke to Abraham.
\nFire of God passed between the pieces.
\nGod established His covenant.<\/p>\n
