\nWelcome to this study of the Holy Scriptures\u2014the eternal Word of God.<\/p>\n

Today we will examine three foundational principles<\/strong> which, if corrected and embraced, will open the way for God\u2019s favor and stability in your financial life. These principles are deeply rooted in Scripture and God\u2019s divine order for His people.<\/p>\n

\n

1. BE FAITHFUL TO GOD<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The first and greatest key to any form of prosperity\u2014spiritual or material\u2014is faithfulness to God<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A. The Fear of the Lord Is Foundational to Blessing<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Proverbs 3:7\u20138 (ESV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cBe not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil.
\nIt will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The fear of the Lord<\/strong> is not terror but reverence, obedience, and devotion<\/strong>. It means living a life that reflects His holiness and shines with His character.<\/p>\n

B. God Blesses Us So We Can Advance His Kingdom<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Many believers forget that God blesses us not only for our comfort but for Kingdom advancement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jesus said:<\/p>\n

Matthew 5:14\u201316 (NKJV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cYou are the light of the world\u2026 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Your business, job, or daily work becomes a platform for evangelism<\/strong>. God sends people your way not only to bless your income but so that, through your character and testimony, they may see Christ.<\/p>\n

C. God Withholds Opportunities When Character Is Corrupt<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If your life is filled with sin\u2014adultery, dishonesty, drunkenness, slander, profanity\u2014God will not<\/strong> entrust His children to you.<\/p>\n

God protects His flock:<\/p>\n

Psalm 23:3 (NIV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cHe guides me along the right paths for His name\u2019s sake.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

God will not guide His children into danger, temptation, or unholy influence.
\nSo instead of sending customers, opportunities, or helpers to you, He redirects them to people whose lives reflect His character.<\/p>\n

This is why some believers think they are bewitched, when in truth, it is their unfaithfulness<\/strong> that has closed the financial doors.<\/p>\n

\n

2. BE FAITHFUL IN THE WORK YOU DO<\/strong><\/h1>\n

God’s character reveals that He is excellent, righteous, and just. He expects the same from His children.<\/p>\n

A. God Gives Good Things \u2014 Never Harmful Things<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Jesus asked a profound question:<\/p>\n

Matthew 7:9\u201311 (ESV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cWhich one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? \u2026 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts\u2026 how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

God will not lead people to consume spoiled, expired, or dishonest goods.
\nTo do so would contradict His holy nature.<\/p>\n

B. Excellence Is a Biblical Requirement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Poor service, dishonesty, laziness, and negligence close financial doors.<\/p>\n

Colossians 3:23\u201324 (NKJV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cWhatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men\u2026 for you serve the Lord Christ.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Your work is worship<\/strong>.
\nYour business is a ministry<\/strong>.
\nYour labor is an offering to God<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

C. God Cannot Bless a Thief<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Faithfulness also includes your giving.<\/p>\n

Malachi 3:8\u201310 (KJV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cWill a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed Me\u2026 in tithes and offerings\u2026 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse\u2026 and prove Me now herewith\u2026 if I will not open the windows of heaven\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Tithing is not merely giving; it is acknowledging God as the source and sustainer of our lives.<\/p>\n

God promises overflow<\/strong> only after obedience.<\/p>\n

\n

3. IMPROVE YOUR WORK AND YOUR SKILLS<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Many believers pray for financial breakthrough while neglecting the biblical requirement of growth and diligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A. God Himself Models Growth and Improvement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Even in creation, God demonstrated ongoing improvement:<\/p>\n

Genesis 2:18 (NIV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cIt is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This shows that continuous improvement<\/strong> reflects God\u2019s nature.<\/p>\n

B. Skill Development Is Scriptural<\/strong><\/h3>\n

God filled His servants with skill:<\/p>\n

Exodus 31:3\u20135 (ESV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cAnd I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If God equips His servants with skill, then you must also develop the skills He has given you.<\/p>\n

C. Diligence Brings Prosperity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Bible repeatedly connects diligence with abundance:<\/p>\n

Proverbs 10:4 (NKJV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cHe who has a slack hand becomes poor, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Proverbs 22:29 (ESV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cDo you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Improving your work is not optional; it is a biblical mandate<\/strong> for prosperity.<\/p>\n

\n

THE TRUE ROOT OF FINANCIAL FAILURE: SIN, NOT WITCHCRAFT<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Many Christians are quick to blame witchcraft.
\nBut Scripture teaches that the primary weapon Satan uses is sin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A. Sin Blocks God\u2019s Blessing<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Isaiah 59:1\u20132 (NIV)<\/strong>
\n\u201cYour iniquities have separated you from your God\u2026 so that He will not hear.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sin shuts doors faster than any demonic attack.<\/p>\n

B. Satan Cannot Touch a Righteous Person<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1 John 5:18 (NKJV)<\/strong>
\n\u201c\u2026he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you separate yourself from sin, satanic attacks lose their power.<\/p>\n
