Deuteronomy 11:15 (ESV) says:<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cI will give the grass of your fields for your livestock, and you shall eat and be satisfied.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Fields<\/strong>. A single field is called a \u201cvue,\u201d and multiple fields are called \u201cfield”<\/p>\n

So when God says, \u201cI will give the grass in your fields,\u201d He means, \u201cI will provide grass in your fields.\u201d<\/p>\n

This was a promise God made to the children of Israel, and it is a promise from God for us today as well, if we obey Him.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s start a little earlier in the passage:<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 11:13-15 (ESV)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd if you faithfully obey the commandments that I command you today, to love the Lord your God and serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
14 then I will give the rain for your land in its season, the early and the late rains, that you may gather in your grain, your wine, and your oil.
15 And I will give grass in your fields for your livestock, and you shall eat and be satisfied.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This promise is also echoed in other Scriptures, such as 1 Samuel 25:15<\/strong> and 1 Samuel 30:11<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
