Blessed be the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Before we dive deeper into this message, it\u2019s important to first review the earlier teaching titled \u201cUnderstanding How to Access the Power of Jesus\u2019 Blood.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

In that message, we learned how we can exercise authority through the Blood of Jesus if we are His children.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Now, there is tremendous importance in \u201cKNOWING\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cDOING THE WILL OF GOD\u201d<\/strong>, because this is the key to \u2018SEEING GOD\u2019<\/strong> on the last day.<\/p>\n

\n

Matthew 7:21 (NIV):<\/strong>
\u201cNot everyone who says to me, \u2018Lord, Lord,\u2019 will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

God\u2019s Word urges us to diligently seek to live according to His will during the time we have left on this earth.<\/p>\n

\n

1 Peter 4:2 (NIV):<\/strong>
\u201cLive the rest of your earthly life not for evil human desires, but for the will of God.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The will of God can be understood in two main areas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. God\u2019s will for the individual<\/li>\n
  2. God\u2019s will for all people<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We must follow God\u2019s will in both areas. Just as there are personal rules we set for ourselves and laws imposed by our nation, all must be obeyed. Likewise, there is God\u2019s will specifically for you and His will for all humanity. Let\u2019s look at each.<\/p>\n

    \n

    1. God\u2019s Will for the Individual<\/h2>\n

    This is God\u2019s personal purpose for your life\u2014the calling He has given you through your gifts or positions. You must know what you were specifically created to do.<\/p>\n

    Whether you are called to be a bishop, teacher, pastor, prophet, apostle, evangelist, mentor, or any other role in God\u2019s kingdom, you must understand your purpose.<\/p>\n

    If you don\u2019t know God\u2019s will for you, it is difficult to live in a way that pleases Him. You might act in ways that don\u2019t honor Him, live in places He didn\u2019t intend, or walk paths He never planned for you.<\/p>\n

    God\u2019s plan is unique for each person. The way someone else walks in faith may not be your path. You must understand your own calling.<\/p>\n

    How can you know God\u2019s purpose for you?<\/strong>
    First, accept Jesus and repent of your sins. Then, pray continually and love God faithfully. The Holy Spirit will guide you into your calling. When you live according to God\u2019s will, you will experience inner peace and success in your ministry.<\/p>\n

    If you stray from this path, life will not go well, and you will realize that you were on the right track when following God\u2019s will.<\/p>\n

    2. God\u2019s Will for All People<\/h2>\n

    Once you know God\u2019s specific plan for your life\u2014what to do, where to live, or whom to associate with\u2014it\u2019s equally important to understand God\u2019s will for everyone. God has a plan for all humanity.<\/p>\n

    \n

    1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 (NIV):<\/strong>
    \u201cFor this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you know how to control your own body in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles who do not know God.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    God\u2019s will for all of us is holiness<\/strong>, to avoid sexual immorality<\/strong> (both body and spirit), and to know how to control our bodies in holiness and honor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Here is where Satan often blinds people. We may know God\u2019s will is to serve, worship, preach, and evangelize, but fail to realize that God\u2019s will for everyone is to live holy lives, pure in both body and spirit.<\/p>\n

    You may see a Christian who is saved, worships God, and preaches, but privately lives in sin. True obedience requires doing God\u2019s will in all aspects<\/strong> of life.<\/p>\n

    The Lord will help us understand this. He is faithful; He does not bring us under judgment but grants blessings and favor. Do not neglect holiness, dear brother or sister in Christ\u2014without it, we cannot see God (Hebrews 12:14).<\/p>\n

    Living a holy life is impossible by our own strength, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, all things are possible. Seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit daily.<\/p>\n
