What is the difference between flesh and spirit uncleanness?

QUESTION: I need to know what is the difference between flesh and spirit uncleanness?? As we read in 2 Corinthians 7:1

2 Corinthians 7:1 “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God”.

ANSWER: In order for us to be perfection that we can approach God’s promises, we have to know that God wants us to be holy both in spirit and flesh.

As Paul said that we have to cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, he means to keep away from all the sin that inherent in us, For example of those sins is as follows Adultery, alcoholism, theft, smoking, insults, unnecessary clothes such as mini-skirts for women, color body transformation, applying make-up, abortion,tattoo marks,homosexuality, the use of drugs and other similar things whose origin is in the flesh.

And where Paul said let us set aside spirit uncleanness he meant all the sins that comes from within a person which are not related to the flesh an example of these sins is as follows jealousy, anger,lust,bad thoughts, hypocrisy, greed,envy,arrogance,rude,idolatry,lie. These are sins that God hates very much as he hates that which are produced by people through flesh.

So let us know that God is watching both flesh and spirit. There are people who know that God is only watching in our spirit and he never look towards our flesh.

Brethren! Your flesh is worth as much as your spirit before God,because in that last days not only your spirit that will be saved but your flesh also must be saved. (Read your Bible you will prove it). So glorify God in your flesh, dont be deceived with doctrine of false prophets which tells you that God only judge your spirit and not your flesh.

The Word of God is more than the words of men .Because that is what will protect you that day and it’s the same Word that will judge you that day, because the Word of God is the sword .
So be afraid of God’s word.

Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do”.
