OTHER THINGS DO NOT COME OUT EXCEPT FOR FASTING.
Matthew 17:21 [But this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.]
There are things that can never happen without fasting. Children, there is still another extra work… will have to, abstain from eating, abstain from roaming the streets… refrain from playing with friends..so he does not lose the heat, otherwise if he is careless the eggs will be gloomy..and all the birds in the sky are the same, there is a time when they will have to leave the sky a little, lock themselves inside laying their eggs. and not only the fast of fasting is needed to create something new… but also the fast of Life…
For example in order for a student to do well in his exams… he has to close certain doors… he will go to boarding school (there is already a prison) .. he will stay there even 6 months without even leaving outside the school fence, away from his parents and siblings, and his street friends it’s just like a chicken in a cage, not only that, it will force him to stop using the phone, TV, stop watching these or other dramas, movies, he should stop wandering completely, he will have to live every day of his academic life to serve education..he will wake up early in the morning, he will be late for bed… Now he does that so he doesn’t lose the heat, Because he knows if he holds two or more things at the same time… he will not succeed… the same title filling the drama, movies and music and at the same time lessons… WILL NOT succeed!…
So it is better to leave one and follow the other… And most of all he is happy to tolerate bad school foods until he graduates just to get what he is looking for… Likewise… and in Faith… we have to shut down some things in order to GET THE BEST!…
You will say that all these years I have failed to overcome immorality… it is because you have not decided to give it up in your life… you have not closed some doors yet!… Why can some survivors why you fail you have not closed those doors of immorality… there are still parasites that motivate you to continue to be what you are… and so it is none other than the company you have, or the pictures you look at, or the conversations you always have with adulterous content, or the networks you visit, or the person you live with… Like if you really fast and you mean to seek the face of God… those things will never drive you !!…
Why don’t you understand God’s Word when you read it and you are saved?… It’s just the attitude you have, you will see he just opens the book and reads the topic in the middle of the book, then he complains he doesn’t understand… now how will he understand? .. and when the first topics were taught in class he was playing out there while his classmates were reading?… In the same way, how will you understand the book of Jeremiah when the bible classes taught in the churches do not attend? .
You have never even read the book of Genesis alone and finished it… A quiet morning or evening when you would have to sit down with your own diligence to read the Bible… is that when you open whatsapp and facebook?, read the World News ??… and then complain you don’t understand the word ?…
I tell you the truth the bible is the easiest book to understand if only we, we will decide to obey God and focus on reading his Word diligently… because the Holy Spirit is there to help us understand it, so the task becomes much easier… but if you don’t take the time to read your own Word, at least starting from the book of Genesis, you will stop, read it step by step..without relying on someone to teach you… you will find your understanding becoming very fast… and PRODUCING SOMETHING NEW IN LIFE. but if you cultivate the habit of not reading the Word diligently, you will not produce anything…
So close today the things that you have left the door open in your Life, that keep you from wearing anything new… Korean, Nigerian, Filipino, Indian and Indian movies and movies!… Are things that take away the heat of your spiritual life. The spirit of the eggs you were craving is getting colder and darker… Because we are created we cannot hold two things at the same time. Have you ever heard people say “Let me watch some drama and lose my mind or let me watch a movie or a ball and lose my mind or reduce stress?”….
Have you ever wondered why they associate it with the word “relieve stress or reduce stress”?….it’s because it’s true when they go to look at those things they cause the thing that had entered their hearts to disappear, so if they continue to enjoy it for a while then finally the thing that was hurting their head is swallowed up by the entertainment… .just as if a person had come out to read the Word well and understand it… that is the seed being sown in it….but now when he goes out and goes to watch comics, or balls, or movies, or dramas all the time or attends a non-trivial party, little by little what is planted in him begins to sink… .even if he doesn’t like it! it will just disappear! .. and after a while he will find himself completely forgotten….
So we have a serious responsibility to protect what God has put in us so that we can find what we are looking for. Remember the Bible and this Word.
“This kind does not come except by prayer and fasting.” These are the last days. let’s move on to a better and more successful end. Because the Bible says .. “I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown. (Revelation 3:11) ”…

IS YAWNING A SIGN OF DEMONS??
Shalom, please let me understand, the act of yawning frequently especially during prayer! Is it a sign of being possessed by demons or forces of darkness?
Answer: Normally yawning is a sign of two main things in the body 1) the first is hunger 2) the second is sleep.
So back to the subject of prayer, A Christian should not think that yawning is an act of demons or the forces of darkness, no! But a response of his own body, telling him that now is the time to go to rest, not the time to pray…. And is why you will realize that it is only a time to pray, or to listen to the Word, people are the ones who feel the greatest or extreme fatigue, but from there the situation disappears by itself, you will wonder why?
It is because the Bible teaches that the body is always the greatest enemy of spiritual things, when your spirit is ready even to go deeper for a long time in prayer your body will begin to give many reasons once your tired, you should to rest, it will bring you to the point of starvation, until you will tremble when it is only a short time you went out to eat.
Galatians 5:17 “For the flesh lusteth against the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other; so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.”
So when such a situation arises, you must not rebuke the demons, but it’s time to wrestle with your body until you obey yourself, and the good news is that the more you immerse yourself in prayer, the more the situation will disappear by itself into you little by little until at the end you will find yourself able to go for a long time till you wonder where the original sleep came from.
So the easiest way is to make sure when you pray, take all your thoughts and ideas into prayer, and not in other things so that you will be able to overcome the body easily, and fit it is night you pray out of bed environment.
Matthew 26:41 “Watch and pray,that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Lastly, be aware that a Christian cannot live without prayer so compete with your body until you overcome it, otherwise you will not last long in Faith or if you continue to exist then know that your life will be a test every now and then that would only be avoided by prayer.

THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL
“The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few”.
Blessed be the name of the Lord Jesus. Let us remind ourselves of some of the important things in the journey of Faith. As Christians it is our responsibility to do God’s work, according to the gifts we have been given. the benefits of doing God’s work far outweigh any failure.
As we get closer to the end of the world, God’s work is getting easier and easier. For example, a person may be assigned to cultivate a two-acre [2 ha] bush, first removing all the grass and trees and then plowing with a hand plow, after which he sows the seeds, and another may be given the task of harvesting 10 hectares. now the first one has been given a hard job but for a few hectares..
but the last one has only been given a lighter job! Harvesting but many hectares. And so it is that in these last days, God’s work is not difficult because it does not involve plowing, sowing or watering… but only involves reaping!… But that’s not enough… The harvest fields are very plentiful, so it makes the work much bigger. The Lord Jesus said…
John 4:35 “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
37 For in this the saying is true, ‘One sows, and another reaps.’
38 I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have suffered, and you have entered into their troubles. ”
He goes on to say…
Matthew 9:36 “But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest ”.
Brothers and sisters in Christ, this is not the age of the first church where you will go to a place where you will find people who have never heard of Jesus. of Christians, already have they ever heard of Jesus.. do it yourself, follow anyone and ask, you know Jesus.. you will hear the answer he will tell you..That is because some have already planted and watered, they already have a certain foundation in their lives… the rest of the work is just the harvest !.
And the harvest work is not difficult! It’s very light but very big! ..so we are expected to work harder than the people of the early church, many have already known Christ, but they are still in the fields (in the world.
The work required is to take them out of the fields and bring them into the barn of the Lord. but if they are kept in the barn to the Lord they shall be safe.. from the insects and the Animals, and the thieves… will be hidden away and protected from all kinds of corruption. Where is the barn of the Lord?, a person who has obeyed Christ and decided to turn from evil and turn to Him completely and be baptized, in the spirit world he is ready to enter the barn of God, hidden by God… will be seen with the eyes but in the spirit will not be seen, his life is hidden as the bible says in.
Colossians 3:3 “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory ”.
So God’s Warehouse begins here on earth! .. Salvation begins here on earth. if perdition begins here on earth, and salvation is so so… You will not see a man who commits an abominable evil and say he is not yet lost that he will perish when he dies no! .. in his wickedness he is already lost, maybe he will just turn around! But where he is he is already lost!… In the same way you cannot say that a righteous person is not yet saved.. and that he will be saved when he gets there… that is the devil’s lie… in his righteousness he is already saved !! salvation begins here on earth… GOD’S STORAGE BEGINS HERE ON EARTH…
Harvest is brought into the barn here on earth… heaven is a continuation of the barn, which has already begun its work on earth. so it is our responsibility to do God’s work… Have they already heard Jesus mentioned in their lives, perhaps from their childhood? they have only remained nominal Christians, only religious Christians but Jesus is not in their hearts… .so the only step left is to explain with all knowledge the importance of Jesus in Life different from what they have heard in the past.
How Jesus can change people’s hearts. but also remember the word of the Lord “The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few”.
This means that the work is still very large… and so it is to dedicate ourselves to it and also to ask the Lord to raise up more workers around the world. That aspect of prayer is very important in Life and is ignored by many… but it is a very important aspect of asking the Lord to send workers. And we also each of us standing in his place.

BEHOLD, I STAND AT THE DOOR.
Blessed be the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Welcome to the study of God’s Word.
As most of us know that there is no salvation outside of Jesus Christ, nor is there any Life without Jesus Christ. as the Apostle Paul wrote by the power of the Spirit that ‘Death came through one man (Adam)… so life will be by the same means of one man (who is Christ)’.
Therefore He alone is the right and proven way to reach God. All other ways apart from Him are lost, no matter how many followers they have.
When the Lord Jesus was on earth, He spoke in many parables, all with the aim of making man understand God’s plan for His life. bible, becauseif all the things he did were written individually… the Bible says that even the world would not be enough for so many books (John 21:25).
But we see that after his departure he came again to speak to the Apostle John in a vision, when he was on the island of Patmos and gave him an example of how he always comes to his people he told him…
Revelation 3:20 ‘‘ Behold, I stand at the door and knock; If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me”.
The parable the Lord Jesus gave to show His coming to man is like a stranger… This coming is not to take the church… because the coming to come to take the church said it would be like the coming of a thief… those who are his and leave… .yes for when the rapture passes not everyone will know… So there is a time when the Lord Jesus will come as a stranger and there is a time when He will come as a thief.
Now in this example..he says look I’m standing at the door knocking! Knocking means knocking on the door while making a certain sound like hodii..hodii means heloo.. heloo !! That’s what it means to knock! ..so here the Lord says I stand and knock, and then he says if a person hears his voice and opens the door he will enter… this means that one can hear his voice and not open it… or the person may not hear his voice at all perhaps because he is asleep or due to internal discomfort. yes the house being loud (perhaps the noise of music or people).
And when you enter you will see him say… ‘I will eat with him and he with me’… now think about it carefully, he does not say we will eat together no !… But he says I will eat with him… and he with me… meaning that when he was knocking he came with his food, he did not come empty handed… so the person who opened it will find him with his food… and so each will share with the other what he has prepared.
now if you go inside More to meditate on this example you will see that it refers to the evening time… our Kiswahili language is not self-sufficient in many words… but if you read other translations such as the English or Greek you will understand well that it is evening when the Lord went to knock on the door evening supper. So in that parable the Lord comes knocking at the door in the evening… with his food, he has not come to eat or eat people’s food for nothing! but it is for the benefit of us. And he will come in the evening, these are the evening times, the end of the end of the world brother.
and as we know the character of a stranger when he knocks, he does not knock continuously as if he is forcing the door to open… but you will see him knocking a little bit in order and then he calms down a bit, seeing he is not heard he will repeat again a little after a while quite the answer maybe the person who is fast asleep can’t hear he won’t break the door he will leave he will come back later or he will come back another time… then he will leave and never return… because he knows he is not needed in that place, and that is how Christ strikes our hearts today, He will send you preachers where you are, begging you to open your heart and let Him in when you obey him he will come in, and the things that he has brought to you will not believe your eyes to see but if you know very well that this is Christ calling me through the sermon, and that this is His very voice and you are deliberately not opening it to Him… then He will leave and that Grace will go to others.
Brothers and sisters, do not be deceived into believing that you will repent in old age. This group is often the group that has never had the opportunity to know the basics of the Christian Faith, those people who were born into pagan families, or families of non-religious people, and do not know Christ at all… these are either asleep or in the noise of the world so much so that they cannot hear the voice of the Lord Jesus.so the Lord will raise his voice until they hear. They will have the greatest Grace. But for some who have been born into Christianity from infancy, have been thoroughly preached about the cross, and fully understand the voice of Jesus when it calls, and others until they have seen the Lord in a vision, and have been given certain signs never to return again. Many do not like to hear this but this is exactly what the scriptures say.
Matthew 23:37 ‘‘ O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks together under her wings, but you would not!
38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
He told them “you will never see me again”. This Word is very strong and it hurts… “to be separated from God forever” ..it is not better for us to be separated from men than for God… It is better for all human beings to hate and separate me but not God, it is better for me to be separated from all human beings but not God.
Just think today Christ is telling you these words ‘YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN NOW’ !!!… …
Today when you hear these words on the internet, and you still do not want to give up sin and the world, remember it was not God’s plan for you to hear His gospel through this network ..
His plan was the same day when you first heard the gospel when you were preached by someone with a bible in your hand you would believe, there was no reason for you to come and hear the gospel again here …… but because your heart was hard, that’s why he followed you through this other internet. to have absolutely sure you hear his voice, but you despise it..maybe this is his last voice to you, hear you open it, lest he tell you as he said to the Jews ‘YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN ’… .Now these words were spoken by the same Christ who said ‘come to me all of you’ .there he says ‘you will never see me again’ elsewhere he says ‘come out of me’.
When you say to the Lord that I repent of all my sins, and intend not to commit them again, I repent completely and with all your migh the will speak to you and when the time comes to eat he will open to you his treasures which he has brought to you as a member together, he will give you all the physical and spiritual blessings, and he will teach you his words of life. you will have hope for the present and for the future.
But if you do not want to, he will leave you, and one day he will come as a thief, in that day he will come to you only but he will come to the whole world, he will break the door and steal his wives inside, and take them to heaven, while the fire will burn. do not desire the presence of the great tribulation. REACH REPENT TODAY!
It is my prayer that you will act on what you have heard.

THE LOVE OF CHRIST CONSTRAINETH US
If someone does a great deed for you, it is clear that your soul will not rest until you have made sure that you have returned the favor to him. even when we are saved, when we realize that there is someone who loved us to the fullest, there is someone who died for our sins and if he did not die today we would be in hell.
It is clear that if we have appreciated that unique bounty then we must also show that we are giving back something to Him, we really cannot give back to Him the bounties of our good deeds as He did for us, because so far we have sinned against GOD so many times. but the grace we can give him is to send his Love, to reach out to others, who have not yet reached them, so that they too may be saved like us. And that is what motivates us to preach the gospel to others, and to pray for them.
The apostle Paul said these words;
2 Corinthians 5:14 “For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead ”
See? Likewise with us, this wonderful love of JESUS giving his life for us free, turn you into a debt to us, ..This is to give us a reason to share the good news with others, not to take it for granted.
2 Corinthians 6: 1 “We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of GOD in vain.
2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
If you are saved, thank GOD for that grace, but remember there are many people who need to be saved like you, the question is, since we are saved. Have our members brought any benefits to CHRIST? Did it bring one into the grace of salvation or not? if your gift has never done that, instead it’s just used to entertain people, then know that gift is fake, not from GOD.
So together, let us make the love of CHRIST a debt to us. that we may present every man perfect in CHRIST JESUS: Where unto I also labor, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
What caused the apostles to turn the world upside down in their own time was because they collectively recognized the Love of CHRIST, so it became a debt to them, they served GOD with all they had, and that is why they say the Love of CHRIST will compel us, and so will we debt. And the LORD will appear in our lives.

QUENCH NOT THE SPIRIT
1 Thessalonians 5:18-19;-“In every thing give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.Quench not the Spirit.”
On the day of Pentecost,the Holy Spirit descended upon the people not just like tongues,but in form of tongues of fire. The Holy Spirit is,therefore, likened to fire in his work.
Tongues of fire mean that what was spoken by the apostles were words with the Spirit filled,which like fire,consumed all the works of the devil.A short while after they received the Holy Spirit,the apostles stood up to testify and preach to the congregation. Their message was so powerful such that it pierced the hearts of many.About three thousand people were converted on that day.
Acts 2:1-“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come,they were all with accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind,and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire,and it sat upon each of them.
4. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost,and began to speak with other tongues,as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5. And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews,devout men,out of every nation under heaven.
6. Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together,and were confounded,because that every man heard them speak in his own language. 7. And they were all amazed and marvelled,saying to one another, Behold,are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8. And how hear we every man in our own tongue wherein we were born?”
…….. Acts 2:37-41; “And now when they heard this,they were pricked in their heart,and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren,what shall we do?
Then Peter said unto them ,Repent ,and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
For the promise is unto you,and to your children, and to all that are afar off,even as many as the LORD our God shall call.
And with many other words did he testify and exhort,saying,save yourselves from this untoward generation. Then they that gladly received his word were baptized:and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.”
On hearing Peter’s testimony, the people were pricked in their heart. This was because of the soul-piercing message that they had heard while the apostles preached them under influence of the Holy Spirit.
It was a life- changing message that led to many of them obeying the gospel. Even today, people praying in the Spirit are guaranteed immediate answers to their prayers,unlike those not filled with the Spirit.
This is because the Holy Spirit helps by interceding for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (Note that the word tongue represents a language or speech).
A spirit-filled message works just like fire does.Therefore, when a person filled with the Spirit prays,whether or not in tongue,his utterance is like a fire.
Their words pierce through God’s own heart in a manner so persuading and which cannot be uttered. When we pray in the Spirit,our prayers go before God full of power,moving his heart in an unusual way,thus he responds quickly to grant our requests.
Through an inspiring message shall the one who is filled the Spirit convince and win over a soul for Christ. However, this indwelling Spirit deposited within a person can as well be quenched.This means that the power of the Holy Spirit inside a person dies down.
Their message becomes less influential. At this juncture,one will be forced to apply more of his manly strength and wisdom to convince someone into accepting Christ. However, his efforts will eventually prove unproductive.
1Corinthians 2:4 “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom,but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
5. That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men,but in the power of God.”
Apart from using his manly strength and wisdom to influence people for Christ, a person lacking the Holy Spirit cannot move God’s heart in any way,for his prayers are less powerful.
What things may lead to the Spirit being quenched inside a person?
a.) Scorning the power of the cross and regarding the Word of Holy Spirit with proud contempt shows opposition to the Spirit. When the Spirit testifies to us against our deeds,and we in stead of despise his warning,its when we quench his work within us.
Hebrews 10:29;-“Of how much sorer punishment ,suppose ye,shall he be thought worthy who hath trodden under foot the Son of God ,and hath counted by the blood of the covenant,wherewith he sanctified,an unholy thing,and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
b.) When through our actions oppose the Holy Spirit by disagreeing with what he says.For instance, when the bible tells us not to be drunk with wine,and we choose to act contrary to the Word,this is against the Holy Spirit
Ephesians 5:18-“And be not drunk with wine,wherein is excess;but be filled with the Spirit.”
Elsewhere in the Scriptures, women are urged to dress themselves with modesty and with good works as those professing godliness;
1 Timothy 2:9-“In like manner also,that women adorn themselves in modest apparel,with shamefacedness and sobriety;not with braided hair,or gold,or pearls,or costly array;
10.) But which becometh women professing godliness with good works.”
Acting contrarily means opposing the Holy Spirit ,and we are in danger of quenching his work in our lives.
Acts 7:51-“Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears,ye do always resist the Holy Ghost :as your fathers did,so do ye.”
To make something of our life here on earth,we need the Holy Spirit to reign within.He is like fire within us,when he is quenched,we can do nothing. And what is more,our prayers go empty before God.
To rekindle the fire of the Spirit within you ,taking a fresh new start,once again repent and begin to obey him;neither despising nor opposing his Word. Have you given your life to Christ? If not then do it today.Out of a sincere heart, repent and be baptised into the name of Jesus,and the Holy Spirit will descend upon you like fire.Obey his Word,and do not scorn the cross ,because it is for your own good.

BENEFITS OF PRAYER
Prayer is divided into three main parts: 1) Prayer of Thanksgiving 2) Petition Prayer. 3) Prayer of Declaration.
1.) PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING.
Many believers are well-acquainted with this part of prayer.Thanksgiving is an important element of prayer.It’s therefore,our duty as Christians to offer thanks to God for all he’s done and is doing in our lives.
We give thanks to God for: 1)the gift of life 2)grace 3)love 4)mercy 5)protection 6)providing our daily needs 7)good health.
Generally, in the prayer of thanksgiving we express our heartfelt gratitude for what God does in our lives.We also show that we value and acknowledge his goodness,protection kindnesses unto us.
2.) PETITION PRAYER.
Here,we submit our petitions or rather requests.We boldly,yet,humbly make our needs known before God.We go to him in faith trusting that he’s our Provider and Ultimate Giver (JEHOVA-JIRE). Through petitioning, we ask God to: 1) Give us our daily bread; 2) bless the works of our hands; 3) Protect us against all ailments ;4) deliver us from the evil one; 5) Give us the grace to know more of him; 6) Create in us a spirit of brokenness and the willingness to obey his Word; 7) Give us wisdom; 8) Fill us with joy,peace,love and ; 9) for favour wherever we go.
Most importantly, we ask him to keep us from all the fiery darts of the Enemy, in accordance with the words of Jesus in Luke 22:40.
Prayer is the best weapon against all temptations.If we fail to pray then we are sure of being tempted.Remember Jesus’ words to Peter and his companions on that night in the Garden of Gethsemane. Had Peter prayed ,he would have escaped Satan’s temptation to make him disown Jesus.But since he had not clothed himself with strength through prayer,he ended up denying that he knew Jesus.Suppose Peter had taken the Lord at his word then God would have delivered him from this temptation.We therefore, are asked to begin and end our day by praying and blessing to reverse all evils directed toward us.
3.) PRAYER OF DECLARATION.
This is the last part and a very important element of prayer to a Christian.It helps us to keep from getting into temptation. Just like in the prayer of thanksgiving,we pray to God to deliver and keep us from all evil. It’s in God’s own interest to guard and vindicate them from all troubles they encounter in their journey of faith.However, while are still here on earth,we’re not guaranteed 100% protection from God.This is because we still live in this weak,imperfect and mortal tent.Till we are clothed in the glorious heavenly body,on that day of the second coming of our Lord.We need to accept the fact that in as much as our lives are in the hands of an all-wise and all-powerful God,we cannot evade some of these temptations.
For the devil is working day and night to ensure that his plan to cause our downfall succeeds. Despite that you lead an upright life and please the Lord in all your ways,you cannot evade the challenges and difficulties of this life.You will fall sick,be abused and slandered,among many others.Yet,remember that they just but for a while;they won’t last forever.For God cannot let us to be tempted beyond all we can bear,as he has said in His Word.
2 Corinthians 10:13 -“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man:but God is faithful,who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able but will with the temptation also make a way to escape ,that ye may be able to bear it.”
In our daily lives,we will face temptations and be put to the test.All this comes from Satan whose work is to make us suffer trouble and be discouraged.
And it gives us every reason to continue steadfastly in prayer,declaring victory into our lives. Somebody may ask,how does Satan use his power to suffer us?He does it through declaration.He uses his agents:people or the fallen angels (demons) to declare misfortunes unto a person.However,no matter how big the misfortune declared upon you is,will happen in its full measure.
This is becoming we are protected by God to a larger extent.Our sufferings should give us a reason to think that God is unable protect us fully.Not at all.It’s in God’s own doing so we may know how weak we are without him,and therefore make us become God-dependent people.The challenges also remind us that our spiritual warfare is still ongoing ,until the hour of our redemption when we will be with our Lord.
2 Corinthians 1:8; -“For we would not ,brethren,have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia,that we were pressed out of measure,above strength,insomuch that we despaired even of life:
9. But we had the sentence of death in ourselves,that we should not trust in ourselves,but in God which raiseth the death:
10. Who delivered us from so great a death,and doth deliver:in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us.”
Prayer of declaration will help us to fight against the wicked schemes of Satan directed toward us.Whenever we practice declaration in prayer,we sap Satan’s power
He becomes powerless. When we make declarations that oppose those of the Enemy,we become victorious. Remember your tongue has the power of life and death.Learn to use it wisely!(Proverbs 18:21). Prayer of declaration helps us to defeat Satan’s tragedy in our lives.Unplanned for happenings will in not so much way have grip on us.That’s the power of prayer! Declaration is one of the 6 weapons of the full armour of God, that we are commanded to put on,if we have to defeat Satan.
Ephesians 6:11– “Put on the full armour of God,that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,but against principalities, against powers,against the rulers of the darkness of this world,against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13. Wherefore take unto you the full armour of God,that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day,and having done all,to stand.
14 Stand therefore ,having your loins girt about with truth,and having on the breastplate of righteousness.
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16. Above all,taking the shield of faith,wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17. And take the helmet of salvation ,and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God:
18. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for saints;
19. And for me,that utterance may be given unto me,that I may open my mouth boldly,to make known the mystery of the gospel;
20. For which I am an ambassador in bonds:that therein I may speak boldly,as I ought to speak.” Biblically,we are to spent at least one hour in prayer.It is a command from our Lord Jesus according to:
Matthew 26:40-41;-“And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep,and saith unto Peter,What,could ye could not watch with me one hour?Watch and pray,that ye enter not into temptation;the spirit indeed is willing,but the flesh is weak.”
In the spiritual world, the spirit and the flesh work in utterly strong opposition. Whereas the spirit is willing to pray,the flesh on the other hand is weak.We have a great task to stand our ground and overcome the power of the flesh.While Jesus lived sinlessly, yet, he was a prayer warrior.
He spent most of his time on earth praying.This poses a challenge on our side,that we should pray even more,for are sinners and therefore imperfect.
May God of all power fill our hearts with the willingness to pray and strength to overcome evil.

QUESTION: Is it sin to read the Bible on the phone or tablet at church? or to use it for preaching at the altar?.
ANSWER: To find the right answer to this question, let’s move on and ask the school teacher, Is it okay for him to teach his students using a tablet or phone?… Or is it better for his students to follow what he teaches using their phones or tablets and not books?.
For any teacher who knows his responsibilities he will never be able to allow his student to come in with a phone while he is teaching, no matter what material the phone will have for their teachings..and he himself cannot teach his students by phone. He will allow his students to use their tablets, or their phones, or an ipad or computer after school (at home) or if the subject he wants to teach his students is very much related to those devices (May be computer studies or whatever).
And the purpose of doing so is not that the phone is bad, no!..but because phones have so many features that it’s easy to distract a student attention from the studies, because when a teacher teaches on front, a message might come in, or the phone may rings, or it may suddenly shuts down, sometimes it stacks etc … Unlike a book, the book does not have the interaction of many things that can divert one’s attention. One cannot read a book and suddenly it shut down, or pop up messages. That is why to this day reading using a book has remained the best and most effective way for students.
And in the church it is so, the Church is more than secular schools and classrooms. The person who enters there goes to study or teach Heavenly Education, which is the greatest of all knowledge, so great care is needed for both the one who is going to teach and the one who is going to learn. So the bible written in the book is the best way and will remain so until the end. Someone who teaches by telephone or who enters a church with a lighted phone or tablet, still does not know who he is going to look for, nor does he know the value of God’s Word.
Now it’s not that the use of biblical phone and Tablet and Computer is bad! Not bad, it is good in the specific area, but not in the church.
In the same way you can be at work or on the street and meet someone and witness to him/her the gospel, and in that place you do not have a bible to quote scriptures, then you can use the bible on your phone or Tablet or your ipad, to witness or refer the scriptures. But the church is a classroom, not an earthly class but a heavenly one, so we need a Book of Life called the HOLY BIBLE.

To labour for mankind ;showing the lost their way;being joy in someone’s sorrow,and comfort in someone’s grief ,usually happens when a heart with pity filled becomes conscious of God’s mercy,grace,compassion and help lavished upon us in our lives. This should be our greatest desire here on earth:bearing other people’s burdens.We owe our all to Jesus,we owe him so much more. Our Lord Jesus experienced compassion fatigue while on earth.
He looked at our marred lives.We were like sheep without a shepherd,straying and lost in a sin-darkened world.God,through mercy,made him who had nothing that deserved death to suffer for our sake. He was crucified, stood all shame and humiliation on the cross. Through his suffering and death we’re made free and declared righteous. God,in his perfect plan of bringing salvation to mankind made him who knew not sin to bear our sins.Nails could not have held him there were it not for love.Looking at the way he hang on the cross,Jesus would rather die than live without us.
2 Corinthians 8:9 -“For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich,yet for your sakes he became poor,that ye through his poverty might be rich.”
There wasn’t other means to save mankind.Not blood of bulls nor goats could atone for our sins.Only the precious blood of Lord Jesus Christ. He took our infirmities into his body.He was offered once that many could receive life eternal.The whole plan of salvation was accomplished through him;the Lord’s sacrificial Lamb,who takes away the sins of the world.
John 1:29; -“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him,and saith,Behold the Lamb of God ,who taketh away the sin of the world.”
God’s secretful idea of raising Christ from the dead was something unexpected by many.This is because our sins deserved eternal punishment, and, since Christ had borne all our sins, he did not have ressurect. However, the secret behind this was that,having lived sinlessly while on earth,God raised him from the dead without sin.Therefore, he overcame the grave and death has no mastery over him again.
Hebrews 9:28; -“So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many;and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”
Suppose you committed an offence punishable by a jail sentence.While you’ve been tried in the court of law and the Judge pronounced a life sentence for you, someone willingly offers to take your place.He offers to serve the whole term of sentence in jail on your behalf.After a few days,the persons in the village with these news:he’s won the case and you are all free!Normally, the news would raise a number of questions before you accept it.Still,the person makes his words sure by saying that he’s been made the Chief Justice and has the power to exercise justice over the land(nation),as well as passing judgment.
That’s exactly what Jesus did.While we were sinners,he laid down his life for our sake.After he suffered death and then rose from the dead,God glorified him.He gave all power and everything in heaven and in earth were put under his charge.He now reigns our Judge.He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
Mark 28:18; -“And Jesus came and spake unto them saying,All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”
Acts 10:40; -“Him God raised up the third day,and shewed him openly;
41 Not to all the people ,but unto witnesses chosen before God,even to us,who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead.
42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people,and to testify that is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of the living and dead.”
the ref to Christ died for all,though,not everyone would be willing to accept God’s gift of salvation by believing in his only begotten Son.And in as much as God’s love is persistent, it’s never pushy.God has given each one the gift of free will to choose between LIFE and DEATH.
Deuteronomy 30:15;-“See,I have set before thee this day life and good ,and death and evil.”
Jesus is the light of the world.To be on the safe side,choose light rather than darkness;for the light gives life but darkness is the highway into eternal doom.Sadly,many will to dwell in the dark at their own will,rejecting him who is the light.
John 3:18-20; -“He that believeth on him is not condemned:but he that believeth not is already condemned,because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light,because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light,neither cometh to the light,lest his deeds should be reproved.”

THE YEAR ACCEPTABLE OF THE LORD.
Blessed be the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Today is a gift God has graciously granted us,and we,therefore,as our duty have to appreciate and make good use of the opportunity.
It is our duty to study God’s Word and apply our hearts to understand it; as it is a lamp to our feet and our life here on earth. According to the grace given us today,we shall learn about The Year Acceptable of the Lord, as spoken by Jesus in his teaching:
Luke 4:18- 19 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind,to set at liberty them that are bruised
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.“.
It is important to understand this: while the Bible uses the term ‘year’ in some places,it refers to a certain period of time in the Lord’s calendar,with a beginning and an end,set apart to accomplish a destined purpose.
This implies that if this is the time acceptable by the Lord,then,there must have been times unacceptable to him.Consequently, we need to understand the very purpose for which this period of time was acceptable to the Lord. In the Old Testament times,the fiftieth year,Jubilee,was declared a year of deliverance.During this period,the land was left to rest,and uncultivated. Also,it was a time when all captives were set free and all who indebted were forgiven their debts (Leviticus 25:11).
In a similar way, this is the very reason why Jesus Christ came on earth;to loosen all forms of chains and entanglement (both spiritual and physical); to preach the acceptable of the Lord,that is,the time of God’s favour upon the human race ; to save and to reveal himself to man,as well as his love to the humankind. Remember, in the Old Testament times,no one would approach God nor enter his presence without being guilty of committing sin.As a result,only the high priest was allowed to enter the Most Holy Place in order to make atonement for the sins of the people and his own sins(the sins were not washed away, but were only covered up.)
However,when Christ came on earth he became our High Priest.Confidently,we now enter God’s presence to receive forgiveness for our sins and also talk to him through prayer;since we have a High Priest who intercedes for us and hears us when we pray.Moreover, we can commune with God in the Spiritual world,as does the Father and his only beloved Son.Hallelujah!.
Meanwhile, we still live in that period of the year acceptable by the Lord.However,it won’t take long before the throne of God’s saving grace is removed from its place.When once our Lord Jesus Christ comes to take his church with him to heaven,there will be no more room for God’s mercy on the evildoers.What will happen after this is so dreadful;the outpouring of God’s wrath on all those living on the face of the earth.
Luke 13:24 -Strive to enter in at the strait gate:for many ,I say unto you,will seek to enter in and shall not be able.
25. When once the master of the house is risen up,and hath shut the door,and ye begin to stand without ,and to knock at the door saying Lord,Lord,open unto us;and he shall answer and say unto you,I know you not whence ye are.
26. Then ye shall begin to say ,we have eaten and drunk in thy presence,and thou hast taught in our streets.
27. But he shall say, I tell you,I know you not whence ye are;depart from me,all ye workers of iniquity.
28. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth,when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac,and Jacob,and all the prophets,in the kingdom of God,and you yourselves thrust out.
To all who are still far away from God’s grace,this is the time acceptable to the Lord.A time you and I have to forsake our old ways and turn to God.Don’t wait for tomorrow as we do not what the future may bring forth.
2 Corinthians 6:2 -For he saith ,I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold,now is the accepted time; behold,now is the day of salvation.
Dear breathen,now is the time. Take a step in faith and turn to God before it’s too late.Repent and surrender your life to him.He loves you and is ready to receive and to remake you into a new person.Without delay,be baptised in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord will then send forth his Spirit upon you,just as he promised in Acts 2:38. Daily carry your cross and follow him.
